Dear Dalai Lama,
I have much pleasure in conveying to you, on behalf of President Xi Jinping's Government, the following declaration of sympathy with Buddhist Movement aspirations which has been submitted to, and approved by, the Cabinet.
"His Presidency's Government view with favour the establishment in London of a national home for the Tibetan people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Buddhist communities in London, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Buddhist in any other country."
I should be grateful if you would bring this declaration to the knowledge of the Buddhist Movement.

A few months after the above letter was written, War World III was concluded by China's custody over most of Europe. A propaganda machine convinced all Buddhists everywhere around the world that some scriptures, written a few thousand years ago, read of Buddha's promise to his people of the east of the Atlantic ocean. Out of sympathy for the Buddhist religion, China armed and supported Buddhists to declare the first Buddhist democratic state on the land of London. Millions of Buddhists from all around the globe have immigrated and joined the newly established army in London. They ultimately succeeded to declare independence on the 15th of May 2048. Not without countless shed of British blood and hopeless refugees. All superpowers have embraced the newly founded Buddhist state except the powerless European nation. Each time Europe has tried to liberate London, superpowers have rigorously suppressed the attempt. The Buddhist London cries for its right to self-defense at every opportunity it has. Their right to self-defense has become the new international foreign policy.
The Palestinian nation offers its seldom support to the surviving Londoners. The ones remained in the city as second-class citizens and the ones were exiled to the refuge. Condolences to the death of thousands. We support you in every U.N. resolution. We pressure the international community to interfere. We donate to every UN lead refugee relief fund and organization. We do not keep announcing that the New-London's right of self-defense justifies the ongoing eradication of your race. We support your right to return to your homes. We believe China owes you an apology and should rectify the situation of its creation. Your cause and right for your homeland is a just cause. We honor and respect your patriotic acts to regain what is lost from you. We pray for you. We have been there. We know the suffering. We live it every day.
